She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Elliott and Lillie Payne Powers; and her brothers, J. Gregory Powers and Christopher Scott Powers. She is survived by: her children, Mariah Rico, Lily Rico Bravo, Natalie Steffen and Hector Rico; and her siblings, Jamie Elliot, Bobby Powers and Samuel Powers. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
