She was predeceased by : her parents, Virgil Head and Iva Head (Pitman); and her son Nicholas David Schaaf. She is survived by : her daughter Carey Head of Perryville, MO; her siblings, Jimmy Head (Pam) of Altenburg, MO, Beth Lukefahr (Steve) of Cedar Fork, MO and Karen Geile (Donnie) of Perryville, MO; her grandchildren, Britnee Terbrak, Marcus Doll and Alexis Doll; and her great grandchildren, Kloee Terbrak and Elayne Steele.
