She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Blakely and Nadine Blakely (Travis). She is survived by: the father of her children Schuyler Johnson; her children, Mikaela Johnson and Logan Johnson; and her brothers, Elmer Blakely (Judy), Guy Blakely (Debbie), Wayne Blakely (Amy), Gary Blakely and Byron Blakely. She is also survived by her extended family, which includes several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
