Wanda M. Emmendorfer, born on April 20, 1948, passed away on September 29, 2026. Wanda leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Bishop and Doris Bishop (Reddick); and her son Shane Blechle. She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Ransom (Todd) and Melinda Hill (Chris); her stepchildren, Karen Shepherd (Curtis), Edward Emmendorfer (Loretta) and Kenneth Emmendorfer (Lisa); and her brothers, Rodney Bishop (Sheila) and Steve Bishop (Kim). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:50 AM at the Ford & Young Funeral Home (110 S West St, Perryville, MO 63775). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to Mac's Mission or Saxony Lutheran High School.
