He was predeceased by: his parents, George Garrett and Ollie Garrett (Jarrett); his wife Lois Eileen Leach; his son Carl Lee Garrett; his siblings, Harlan Garrett, Robert Garrett, Gladys Scholtz, Mary Rose Morelan, Bonnie Clyburn and Blondie Ford; and his siblings-in-law, John Scholtz, Pete Morelan, Rick Clyburn, Lindell Ford, Lorene Garrett, Nancy Garrett and Margie Garrett.
He is survived by: his son Terry Ray Garrett (Kim) of Arnold, MO; his brother William "Bill" Garrett of Arizona; his grandchildren, Kevin Garrett (Lisa), Jeff Garrett (Trish), Jeremy Garrett and Tiffany Jernigan; and his great grandchildren, Arika, Kelton, Aidan, Parker, Hunter, David, Brooke and Lucas. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
