He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Jean Nibarger; his brothers, Chris Smith and Steven Oles; and his brother-in-law Mark Spencer.
He is survived by: his children, Dakota Oles (Lacie) of Shelbina, MO, Skyler Oles of Philadelphia, MO and Morgen Oles of Philadelphia, MO; his sisters, Belle Spencer of Independence, MO, Shelly Siercks (Steve) of Cole Camp, MO, Robin Coonrod of Clinton, MO and Loretta Smith of Clinton, MO; his grandchildren, Layton Oles, Ryker Oles and Easton Oles; and his goddaughter Sirena White. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel (424 S Main St, Palmyra, MO 63461). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
