He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. VanNoy and Phyllis Marie VanNoy (Roach). He is survived by: his wife Iris Johnson; his children, Jessie Wilson (Jeffrey) of Farmington, MO, Brianna Wilson (Dale) of Wingo, KY and Paul Raymond VanNoy (Paige) of Scott City, MO; his sisters, Denise Shoemaker (Dennis) of Piedmont, Paula Fowler (Dennis) of Piedmont and Mary Hampton (Ronnie) of Piedmont; and his grandchildren, Garrett Allen Wheeler and Willow Cassity Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
