He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his daughter Shanna Surratt (Rick Surratt) of Cape Girardeau; his grandchildren, Shannon, Corrine, Richard, Everett, Sawyer and Harrison; and his siblings, Blane Keel, Brenda Hill, Beth Cox and Brandon Keel.
