He is survived by: his mother Macel Seal; his friend Sturgis; his wife Brenda of Piedmont; his daughter Jacqulyn Nicole "Nicki" Forte (Nick) of Leander, TX; his stepchildren, Erica Schaefer (Fred) of Tigard, OR, Christopher McQuay (Jennifer) of Jackson, MO and Ryan McQuay (Sarah) of Jackson, MO; his grandchildren, Sienna, Brecker Forte, Claire, Eleanor Schaefer, Dawson, Finley, Silas and Atticus McQuay; his siblings, Rick Seal of Piedmont and Jamie Cates (Jim) of Bridgeton, MO; his mother-in-law Judy Barfield of Piedmont; and his siblings-in-law, Rodney Barfield (LaRae) of Piedmont, Jerry Barfield (Kristi) of Piedmont and Linda Barfield of Piedmont.
