He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Buckley and Grace Buckley (Taylor); and his siblings, Major Rene Buckley and Joyce Bucklin (Buckley). He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Buckley; and his children, Jim Buckley (Julie), Clint Buckley (Sharron), Anita Aragona (late Gene), Barbie French (late Keith), Kenny Fay (Dorthey), Kirby Fay (Penny) and Kent Fay (Tracy). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 19 Great grandchildren, 2 Great, Great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Coonrod Funeral Home (107 E Cross St, Winchester, IL 62694).
Memorials can be made to the American Legion.
