He is survived by: his mother Catherine Waites (Jones) of Piedmont; his children, Tony Waites of Piedmont and Katie Rosson of Piedmont; his siblings, Daniel Waites (Vicki) of Marble Hill, James Waites (Charlyn) of Poplar Bluff, Cathy Patterson of Poplar Bluff and Sue League (Michael) of Patterson; and his grandchildren, Alexis of Piedmont and Parker Rosson of Piedmont. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many other family and friends.
