He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Stout and Macy Stout (McMahan); and his siblings, Mike Stout and Karen Cooper. He is survived by: his significant other Thomas "Tom" Hunt; his brothers, Danny Stout of Collinsville, IL, Dennis Stout of Festus and Kevin Stout of Malden; and his aunt Judy Bishop. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and a wide circle of friends who were touched by his warmth.
