He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Burns and Ruth Burns (Mell); and his brothers, Earling Burns and Paul VanNoy. He is survived by: his children, Robin Street (Delbert) of Piedmont and Robert "Bubby" Burns (Shelley) of Piedmont; his grandchildren, Artie Earl Street (Tiffany) of Piedmont, Leandra Pettus (Kyle) of Marquand and Riley Burns (Emilie) of Piedmont; and his great grandchildren, Austin Sullivan, Kawyer Pettus and Keston Pettus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, along with many other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Morrison Funeral Chapel (100 E Piedmont Ave, Piedmont, MO 63957). A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 4:15 PM at the Clays Cemetery.
