He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil James Woods and Jessie Lenzen (Martin); his sons, Kevin Woods and Paul Wiedman; and his grandson Jason Westmoreland.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Woods (Lynda) of Cedar Hill, MO, Kim Westmoreland (Greg) of Poplar Bluff, MO, Kelly Martin (Jay) of St. Charles, MO and Katie Woods-Bedsaul (Carrol) of Piedmont, MO.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Morrison Funeral Chapel (100 E Piedmont Ave, Piedmont, MO 63957). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Potter Cemetery.
