Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Russell leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hays and Shirley Hays (Ackridge). He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his brother Eric Hays (Susie) of Poplar Bluff, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Joe and Judy Dean of Annapolis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
