He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bruce and Betty Bruce (McGuire); and his sister Traci Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Carol Bruce; his son Dale Stovall; his grandchildren, Nick Fischer and Sarah Stovall; his great grandchildren, Owen Fischer, Theo Fischer and Joshua Pemberton; and his niece Stephanie.
