She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Junior and Patricia Ruth Endicott (Smith); and her husband Jeffery "Dewayne" Church. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Dennis of Piedmont and Shania Poe (William) of Piedmont; her grandchildren, Georgia and William Poe; and her sisters, Ava Crowley of Mill Spring, Kathy Douglas of Bonne Terre, Betty Crowley of Piedmont and Linda DeClue (Rodney) of Brooksfield, FL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
