He is survived by: his siblings, Sam Birkenbach (Delores) of Monett, Mary Spivy of Monett and Lois Hull of Nixa; his siblings-in-law, James Anderson (Terry) of Butterfield, MO, Jean Whisenhunt (Fred) of Cassville, MO and Kay Stewart of Purdy, MO; and his extended family, Richard, Janet Eck, Michelle, Lexi Eck, Jesse, Cari Caddell, Maci, Averi, Quinci, Tate Caddell, Kodi, Jenna Pearce, Sawyer, Ridge, Oaklen Pearce, Travis Eck, Kristin, Tynley and Jade Eck. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions have been suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
