She is survived by: her children, Crystal Adams (Billy) of Pierce City, MO, Jason Campbell of Joplin, MO and Kaci Guinn (Justin) of Stark City, MO; her grandchildren, Coty Hatfield, Brittany Hatfield, Kaitlin Hoffman, Ryan Jervaso, Jessica Stanley, Remi Guinn, Sadi Guinn and Silas Guinn; and her sister Cynthia Jo Renk of Alaska. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
