He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Delbert "Dee" and Opal Audean Richardson (Ealy); his wife Carolyn Ann Twyman; and his siblings, Bobby Richardson and Peggy McGhee.
He is survived by: his children, Tamera Friedrich (Danny) of Boonville, Billy Richardson, Jr. (Tammy) of Pilot Grove and Kim Hill (Bryan) of Pilot Grove; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Jessica, Jared, Jamie and Nikole. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home (200 Roe St, Pilot Grove, MO 65276). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 4:15 PM at the Pilot Grove Cemetery.
