He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Lorenz and Marie Lorenz (Pabst); and his brothers, John A. Lorenz, Raymond Lorenz, Robert "Bobby" Lorenz, William "Billy" Lorenz and Norbert "Pete" Lorenz.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Lorenz; his sons, Anthony "Tony" Lorenz (Joyce) of Pilot Grove, Terrance "Terry" Lorenz (Chrysa) of Pilot Grove, Todd Lorenz of Pilot Grove, Tracy Lorenz (Kristee) of Sedalia and Travis Lorenz (Jane) of Boonville; and his siblings, Earlene Twenter of Sedalia, Leroy Lorenz of Independence and Doris Kempf of Boonville. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
