He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Charles and Nellie Marie King (Adams); his wife Janet Sue King (Winfield); and his siblings, J. C. King, Joyce Tinsley, Betty Stafford, Glenda Halpin and Dottie Francis Matt.
He is survived by: his children, Richard King, Steven King (Lucy Kerstetter), Tina Herron, Anna Mae Haynes and Glenda Kay Whaley. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, and 1 brother; along with many friends and family.
