She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Crewse (Lloyd Crewse) and Robert Chenoweth (Jessica Rader); her grandchildren, Brett Crewse (Maylia), Kendra Tieben (BJ), Shayna Chenoweth, Ashton Chenoweth and Kaeli Chenoweth; and her great grandchildren, Levi Crewse, Lila Crewse, Laken Crewse, Lindy Crewse and Brady Chenoweth.
