She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Helton and Maxine Helton (Hildebrand); and her brother John. She is survived by: her children, Monique Fletcher, Natalin Fletcher and Clinton Fletcher (Denise); her grandchildren, Tenasia Flippin (Wyatt), Gunner Fletcher and Avarie Fletcher; and her sisters, Marsha Richards and Theresa Ryan. She is also survived by four nieces and nephews, seven great nieces and nephews, one great niece.
In lieu of flowers, Pam wanted donations to be made to Palace Cemetery.
