He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie F. Bullock of Arkansas and Johnnie Heitman; and his brother Fred Heitman. He is survived by: his wife Marie Martin; his brother Buster Heitman (Kathy); his sister-in-law Cindy Heitman; his children, Jon Martin (Lori), Steve Martin, Michael Hastings (Chris Alexander), Patricia Martin, Kerry Gress, Michelle Crocker (Chase) and Melissa Barclay (Keith); and his grandchildren, Adam, David, Blake, Megan, Hollie, Joseph, Sierra, Ava, Ari, Evan and Holden.
