Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lynn Babcock of Platte City, Missouri, born in Leavenworth, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 72, on April 24, 2022. He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard Earl and Dorothy Dean Babcock (Babcock). He is survived by : his son Andrew Babcock (Karen) of Jacksonville, FL; his granddaughters, Emily and Kayla; and his sisters, Kathy Stanley of Platte City and Chris Eaton of Liberty, MO.

“My heart was saddened as I just heard of Lynn's passing this morning. I was sharing with my sister that for the last 40 years (since the time Andy & I hung out as little boys) his 1st question when I would see him around town was the same, without fail. "Ya got any chewin' gum?", and upon my reply of "no" he proceeded to give me a piece of gum. By something so simple he made my day, years, and life better growing up and living in Platte City. That smile and wave from his pickup will be missed.”
