It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Ketron Jr. of Platte City, Missouri, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Bud Ketron and Louise Ketron; his brothers, Jim Ketron and Bob Ketron; and his sister-in-law Charmaine.

He is survived by : his daughter Donna Smith (Bill) of California, Missouri; his stepson Ricky Yazel (Marilyn) of Enid, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Deanna Minyard (John) of Camden Point, Dustin Minnick (Kristy) of Oak Grove, Mark Keefer (Jennie) of Enid, Kevin Keefer of Enid and Derrick Yazel (Breanne) of Vinita, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Samatha Young, Cheyenne Minnick, Chase Kampe, Austin Kampe, Ashlin Kampe, Travis Kampe, Alex Keefer, Drew Keefer, Keiley Yazel and Koltyn Yazel; his great great grandchildren, Abby Young, Jax Young and Hazel Howerton; his sister-in-law Gerry Ketron; his nieces, Judi Warren and Stacy Geritz; his nephew Steve Ketron; and his cousin Pat Bigler.
