It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David D Norton of Plattsburg, Missouri, who passed away on March 3, 2026, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rea Norton and Helen Norton (Ditmars); his brother Wesley Norton; and his daughter Shelly Norton. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bolinger; his children, Jaimee Clark (Jon) of Lathrop, Missouri and Eric Norton (Melissa) of Holt, Missouri; his grandchildren, Dylan and Malia Norton of Holt, Missouri; his sister Charnette Norton of Plattsburg; and his pet Tinker.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church (501 W Clay Ave, Plattsburg, MO 64477). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Flowers are appreciated and for those wishing to make a contribution, the family requests they be made to FFA Plattsburg Chapter or the 4-H Club.
