He is survived by: his wife Doris Akin; his son Jeff Akin of Boynton, OK; his grandchildren, Mark, Josh Akin and Destinee Morgan (Brian); his great grandchildren, Eileen and Jessee Morgan; his stepchildren, Susan Bratcher (George) of Kansas City, MO and Fred Burroughs Jr. (Pam) of Kansas City, MO; his stepgranddaughter Megan Rowland (Jess); his stepgreat-granddaughters, Mille and Lola Rowland; his stepdaughter Marcia Conley of Deland, FL; his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan, Darren, Chad (Kathleen), Jacob Conley and Samantha Conley (Jose' Medina); his stepgreat-granddaughters, Artemis, Freyja Medina, Tania, Nellie, Ricko, Fumiko, Artyom, Dima, Alexi, Bruna, Nathalie, Rieko, Kris, Emre, Aziz and Taka; Emerson.
