He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. Bolinger and Erma L. Bolinger (Wilson); and his brothers, Steve and Lyle Bolinger. He is survived by: his children, Tonya Schmidt (Richard) of Kansas City, Missouri and Clint Bolinger (Amy) of Gladstone Missouri; his sisters, Carolyn Norton of Plattsburg, Missouri, Barbara Malone of Cameron Missouri and Debbie Robinson of Kansas City Missouri; and his grandchildren, Bryce, Evan, Cole and Memphis.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Community Courtyard (117 W Maple St, Plattsburg, MO 64477).
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family suggests memorial gifts to the Gathering Place Plattsburg MO in honor of the many meals served to Marvin over the years, and hopefully many more to be served to others.
