He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sr. Bloomer and Agnes Bloomer (Barnes); his wife Judith Bloomer (Walters); his sister Laresa Hockensmith; and his grandson Zachary Bloomer.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Bloomer (Esther), Clark Bloomer (Cheryl) and Kelly Love; and his siblings, Dennis Bloomer (Lanette), Richard Bloomer (Susan), Marci May, Zoletta Wright and Vanessa Hackett (Robert). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
