He was predeceased by: his father John O. Spencer; and his sister Amaris (Rocky Young). He is survived by: his mother Eunice F. Spencer (Peterson); his former wife Angie; his daughters, Emily Parsons (Alex), Angie Spencer of Cameron, Missouri and Samantha Young (Scott); and his siblings, Cheri Kline, Lori Cox (Johnny), Cindy Anderson (Andy), Christy McMillen (Joe) and Rodney McMillen (Sheila). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be given to the Cameron Golf Course.
