He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Sullivan Lawlor and Thomas "Vince" Vincent Lawlor, Sr.; his spouse Shirley Ann Russell; his brothers, James "Jim" John Lawlor and William "Bill" Dennis Lawlor; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Young Lawlor, Linda Risley Lawlor, Michael Russell and Lewis Bozarth.
He is survived by: his children, Rachelle Marie Lawlor (Stephen Wolverton), Alicia Ann Lawlor, Jill Elizabeth Lawlor and Thomas Vincent Lawlor III (Amy); his grandchildren, John "Jack" Thomas Wolverton, Katie Ann Lawlor, Ryan Michael Lawlor and Brooke Ashley Lawlor; and his sister-in-law Helen Marie Bozarth.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to Calvary Cemetery in Plattsburg.
