She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Andrew and Zadie Etta Case (Smith); her husband Charles Edwin Smith; and her children, Steven and Melody.
She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Cox (Wade) of Lee's Summit, Missouri; her siblings, Larry Case (Linda) of Amsterdam, Missouri and Joyce Webb of Drexel, Missouri; her grandchildren, Melody Cox of Lee's Summit, Missouri and Jordan Cox (Chelsea) of Blue Springs, Missouri; and her great grandchildren, Alina and Hallie Cox.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel (1301 N Orange St, Butler, MO 64730). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
