She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hallisey and Juanita Hallisey (Stinson); her husband Harold Lloyd Moore; and her sister Judy Harrelson. She is survived by: her children, Don Worthington (Bonnie) of Overland Park, Karen Sellers (Buddy) of High Spring, Stephen Worthington (Diana) of Raytown, Michael Moore of Greenville and Steve Moore of Independence, Missouri; and her sister Betty Casada of Florence, Mississippi. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
