She is survived by: her husband Terry Lee Emanuel of Pleasant Hill; her children, Tara Emanuel of Grandview and Carl Emanuel (Tori); and her grandchildren, Tabitha Riggs Emanuel and Josiah Henley. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
