Kitchell of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on May 17, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Sr. Schuermann and Dorothy L. Schuermann (Geigel); and her sister Jacqueline "Jackie" Glenn (William "Bill") of Creve Coeur, Missouri. She is survived by: her sons, Rick (Sara Kitchell) and Sean (Holly Kitchell); her grandchildren, Emma Kitchell, Charlie Kitchell and Josie Kitchell; her siblings, Charles Jr. "Butch" Schuermann (Rose Ann) of Chesterfield, Missouri, Laura Schuermann of Chesterfield, Missouri, Virginia "Ginnie" Schuermann of Chesterfield, Missouri, Robert "Bob" Schuermann (Marie) of Defiance, Missouri, Barbara Rohan (Marlin) of Wright City, Missouri and Mary; and her sister-in-law Marianne Kitchell (David) of Union, Missouri. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Kansas City Hospice or the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (A.S.P.C.A) and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
