Galen S. Cooper Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Galen S. Cooper of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, born in Independence, Missouri, who passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Lois E. Cooper (Haegle). He is survived by: his father R. L. Cooper of Melbourne, Arkansas; his former wife Christina Burks; his daughter Whitney Ferm (James) of Belton; his sisters, Sheila Larkey (Norman) of Belton and April Cotter (Jeff) of Kingsville; his stepfather Tim Ervin of Pleasant Hill; and his stepsiblings, Chris Ervin of Kansas City, April Ervin of Northmoor and Staci Diamond (Daniel) of Scott City, California. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Pleasant Hill Lay-Clergy Council and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
