He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Fazel of Irondale and Deborah Galey-Tucker (Byron) of Springville, Alabama; his stepson Sean Foote (Sudha) of Redwood City, California; his grandchildren, Gil Gailey of Trussville, Jonathan Blue (Aly) of Olathe, Monica Mallon of Sunnyvale and Henry Mallon of Azusa, California; his great grandchildren, Adele, Zephyr, Sofia, Ezra, Aurora and Adanai; and his siblings, Walt Fazel (Nancy) of Burlington, Illinois and Darlene Rehak (Rick) of Delavan, Wisconsin. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
