He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Lazure and Kathleen M. Lazure (Fitzgerald); and his son Jim. He is survived by: his former wife Debbie Mooers; his wife Lori A. Potts (McIntosh); his sons, David Lazure (Kathryn) of Fayetteville and Matthew Lazure of Kansas City, Missouri; his grandsons, Camden Lazure of Neosho, Missouri and Lucas Lazure of Neosho, Missouri; and his siblings, John Lazure of Joplin, David Lazure (Angela) of Houston, Daniel Lazure (Vicki) of Neosho, Julie Mansur (Robert) of Tulsa and Carol Shields (Joseph) of Wimberley, Texas. He is also survived by six nieces and two nephews; other relatives and family friends.
