He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack R. Williams and Ruth L. Williams (Young); and his brother Gary Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Williams of Lowry City and Jana Bush of Pleasant Hill; his daughter Julianna Wisneski (Taylor) of Prairie Village; and his friends, Jason, Beth Thompson, David Hix, Ronda Barklage and Roger Bush. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
