John R. DeLuca Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2025, at the age of 84, John R. DeLuca of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As John departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved John. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. DeLuca and Katherine DeLuca (Armilio); his son Chris DeLuca; and his brother James DeLuca. He is survived by: his wife Trudy DeLuca; his son Rick DeLuca (Jennifer) of Lee's Summit, Missouri; his sister Clara Bello (Pat) of Overland Park, Kansas; and his grandchildren, John DeLuca, III of Raytown, Missouri and Julie Humphrey (Aaron) of Belton, Missouri. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wallace Funeral Home (422 N Lake St, Pleasant Hill, MO 64080).
