She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Ware and Melva Ware; her sister-in-law Karen Ware; her sons, Douglas Ray Russell and Dennis Clyde Russell; and her grandson Dennis Russell Jr..

She is survived by: her siblings, Jay Ware of Harrisonville and Janice Hook (Charlie) of Blue Springs; and her grandchildren, Shanna Russell of Raytown, Dennis Russell (Elizabeth) of Independence, Kolton Russell of Holden and Dusty Russell (Nakeita Baker) of Garden City. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, other relatives and many, many friends.
