She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry William and Clara Elizabeth Brooks (McClain); and her siblings, Liz Beck, Joseph William Brooks and Dot Uehling.
She is survived by: her children, Sheryl White (Lee) of Zephyrhills, Allen Hayes (Tammy) of Pleasant Hill and Kent Hayes (Sandy) of Warsaw; and her grandchildren, Stewart Hayes (Nicky), Collyn Hayes (Ashley), Ethan Hayes, Katie Dillon (Patrick) and Melissa Eaton. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
