She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Leavy and Myrtle Leavy (Gosney); her former husband Vernon Leo Zvacek; her husband Isaac Johnson; and her siblings, Kenneth Leavy, Arygle Leavy and Lovena Wolfenbarger.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Miller (Jeff) of Holden, MO and Stephen Zvacek (Julie) of Lee's Summit, MO.; her grandchildren, Scott Miller (Daniel), Douglas Zvacek of Lee's Summit and Kathryn Snow (Andrew) of Lee's Summit; and her great grandchildren, Ethan of Lee's Summit, Jeffrey Hall of Lee's Summit, June of Lee's Summit, Sam Zvacek of Lee's Summit, Otto of Lee's Summit and Luna Snow of Lee's Summit.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Holden United Methodist Church or Ascend Hospice of Lee's Summit, MO in care of Williams Funeral Chapel in Holden.
