She was predeceased by: her parents, Hector Garcia and Carmen Garcia (Reyes); and her siblings, Hector Benito Reyes, Xochitis Reyes and Martha "Lola" Aranda.
She is survived by: her husband Robert McKinley Sr. of Pleasant Hill; her children, Marisol Mckinley-Rodriguez of Pleasant Hill, Robert McKinley Jr. (Maria) and Crystal McKinley of El Paso, Texas; her grandchildren, Carter McKinley, Anakin Rodriguez and Ezekial Rodriguez; her siblings, Rosie Sanchez, Marta Garcia, Guadalupe Alderete, Letica Garcia and Sandra Hinson; and her siblings-in-law, Danny Ray (Stepanie), Jamie Ray (Sherry) of Pleasant Hill and Belinda Mead (Barry) of Pleasant Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
