He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Michael Leith of Pleasant Hill, Missouri and Desiree Marie Bosch (Hayes) of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; his siblings, Jamison Leith of Pleasant Hill, Corbin Bosch, Johnna Bosch and Austynn Bosch; and his aunts and uncles, Matt Leith of Blue Springs, Buddy Brittingham (Rena) of Gladstone, Missouri, Christina Benson (Jeremy) of Warrensburg, Missouri and Angela Wilson of Blue Springs, Missouri. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
