She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Lee and Marilyn Hays (Clark); and her grandparents, Charles, Helen Hays, Louis and Pearl Clark.
She is survived by: her sons, John Michael Hays of Pleasant Hill and Coleman Lee Hays of Pleasant Hill; her brother Stephen Michael Hays (Jennifer) of Carrollton, Missouri; and her sibling's children, Lucas Hays, Jerry Hays and Brittany Hays. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to be made to her sons, John and Cole, to help offset their expenses.
