He is survived by: his daughter Debra Kay Gillenwater-Tucker; his grandchildren, Shelly Daniels, Randy Gillenwater, Emily Ezell, Ashley Ezell, Dina Cardenas, Stephanie Stockton, Melissa Morasca and Tera Rede; his brother Howard Ezell; and his sibling's children, Margaret Hallman (Jim), Mary Schrage (Mike), Melissa Dawson (Doug) and Steve Ezell (Meribeth). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
