She is survived by: her husband Kevin Dale Riggs; her daughters, Cyndi Kemp (Matthew) of Strafford and Trisha Riggs of Clever, Missouri; her sisters, Pamela Batliner (Mike) of Kansas City, Laurel Carr of Raytown and Julia Reffay (Fabrice) of Dallas, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Marley, Ava, Brock and Kayne. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
